Founder. Director. A-Grade Electrician. Problem Solver. Cameron Hurley wears many hats at HCES — and wears them well. As the founder and driving force behind the company, Cameron is not only on the tools as a highly skilled A-Grade electrician, but also oversees day-to-day operations, project management, and client relations. His hands-on leadership style and dedication to quality workmanship have laid the foundation for HCES’s reputation across North East Victoria. Whether it’s quoting a job, mentoring apprentices, or wiring up a site, Cameron’s passion for the trade and commitment to his clients are at the heart of everything HCES stands for.
Abbey Wason
Electrician
Abbey is our 4th year apprentice and a standout team member who continues to impress with her determination and work ethic. She's making great strides in the electrical trade, consistently showing initiative, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for the job. Abbey takes pride in her work, always striving for high standards and a job well done. As she nears the completion of her apprenticeship, Abbey is proving herself to be a skilled and reliable technician with a bright future ahead in the industry.
Bailan Dalton
Electrician
Bailan joined the HCES team in February 2026, beginning his electrical apprenticeship with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for developing his skills within the trade.
Since joining us, Bailan has demonstrated great potential, quickly adapting to new challenges and building his knowledge through hands-on experience alongside our experienced electricians. His enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to improving each day make him a valued addition to the HCES team.
We’re excited to support Bailan throughout his apprenticeship journey and look forward to watching him grow into a highly skilled and capable electrician.
Tahlia Mathews-Vincent
Admin/Accounts Manager
Tahlia has become an integral part of the HCES team, now proudly approaching over a year with the business. In her role overseeing administration and office operations, she plays a crucial part in keeping the business organised, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Managing everything from bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, to client communication and daily administration, Tahlia ensures our internal processes stay on track and our customers receive the support they need.
Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement have made her an invaluable member of the HCES team. Tahlia’s ability to manage the moving parts of the business allows our field team to focus on delivering the high-quality electrical services our clients trust, and we’re excited to see her continue to grow with us as HCES moves forward.
